For those customers who wish to restrict their gambling, we provide a voluntary self-exclusion policy, which prevents your ability to place bets or gamble for a period of six months.
To self exclude from within your member account: Select settings > self exclude > enable > confirm self exclusion. Your account will then immediately be restricted from placing any bets for a period of six months.
Once your account has been self-excluded you will be unable to place any bets or wagers from your account until the expiry of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion will not be reversed or decreased for any reason.
You are not permitted to open any other accounts on Betu.io during your self-exclusion time period.
After the expiry of the self-exclusion period you will be able to re-commence use of our services by contacting customer support at email@example.com.

If you succeed in opening a new account we will endeavor to close any and all such accounts at our earliest detection.
Betu.io’s responsibility is only to take reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling on our website. It is also your responsibility to refrain from breaching these agreed terms.
Self-exclusion is a voluntary request made by you. If you proceed to breach this agreement, Betu.io or any of its employees are not responsible, accountable or liable for any losses you may suffer. Any losses acquired will not be refunded.
